OSOGI/Ninjavan offer to manage and to deliver the baggage of Pilgrims from the hotel they are staying to their house.
To ease the burden of the pilgrims with a piece of extra baggage as airlines only allowed 30kg for one passenger.
Any extra baggage will be charged to passenger with the following cost :
a – Saudi Airlines (SV) – USD100/KG
b – Malaysia Airlines (MAS) – USD10-20/KG
Early planning to send out any extra baggage is very crucial and important to avoid any extra charges from airlines, which is very expensive.

Every consignment, pilgrims can insured their baggage up to max premium value RM10,000 at rate 1.5% of Declared Value.
